A key focus for the spring semester is to raise student awareness and engagement with their employability journey. The Employability Hub has been working with the student TV station, Air TV and External Relations to produce an infogram on employability and a number of short films looking at the key milestones on the ‘employability journey’. Have a look and let us know what you think (www.stir.ac.uk/employability/students) and feel free to share and link to these pages.
To launch these new resources there are a couple of events for students coming up in the Atrium on 25th and 31st March (10 am- 2.30 pm). All students who want to realise their full potential and are looking for ideas, information and tips on enhancing their employability, skills and confidence whilst a student at Stirling are welcome to attend!
Watch out for the next publication of ‘Encouraging Futures’. The newsletter will bring you up to date with what has been happening, and also what is coming up, across the university around employability development.
The Employability Hub has also just set up a LinkedIn Stirling Staff Employability Forum as a way of keeping our staff up to date on the latest news, research, reports and events related to employability. Please join us to keep up to date and to join in the discussions.
